GoHighLevel Expert needed to complete our migration

We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist or Team with exceptional UI/UX design skills and deep technical expertise to execute a full platform migration from LearnWorlds (courses) and Ontraport (CRM/Checkouts) into GoHighLevel. A previous freelancer started this project, but it is incomplete. We need an expert or team who can step in, audit the build, optimize our checkout conversion flows, implement advanced lifecycle/dunning automations, and integrate our multi-currency accounting software. Note: Whether you are an individual freelancer with strong design AND technical skills or a steam with dedicated designers and technical developers, we welcome your application! Primary Goals Advertising & Tracking Optimization: Transition checkout pages from Ontraport to GoHighLevel to establish reliable, accurate Meta Ads tracking and eliminate current platform limitations. Conversion & UX Enhancement: Build high-converting 1-step checkout flows supporting modern express payment options (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link) across all offer tiers. Operational Consolidation: Merge our course delivery platform and CRM into GHL to streamline operations and reduce software overhead. Project Scope & Core Responsibilities 1. Course Platform Audit & UI Polish (LearnWorlds to GHL) Content Audit: Cross-reference GHL course lessons against LearnWorlds to ensure no text, modules, or media are missing. Design & Formatting: Re-format every course page inside GHL. Standardize typography, heading levels, spacing, and padding for a clean, premium visual aesthetic. Resource Uploads: Upload and embed all missing downloadable PDFs into their respective lesson modules. 2. High-Converting Checkouts & Funnel Pages Recreate and build checkout pages across multiple payment structures: Private Coaching (One-time), Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Subscriptions. Recreate hybrid sales/checkout pages (accent-specific versions) and dedicated Meta Ads sales/checkout funnels in GHL. Implement modern 1-step checkout designs with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link Pay support. 3. Advanced Lifecycle Automations & Testing Access Control: Ensure instant course access is granted automatically upon purchase across all checkout types. Failed Payments & Dunning: Configure retry email sequences and dunning rules to automatically notify users and revoke access if payments remain unpaid after the grace period. Payment Recovery & Cancellation: Automate instant access restoration when billing info is updated, and handle clean access revocation upon cancellation or refund. 4. Multi-Currency Xero API Integration Connect GHL to our multi-currency Xero account (via API, Webhooks, Zapier, or Make) so every transaction automatically generates synced invoices. Correctly map multi-currency sales (USD, GBP, AUD). Manage Stripe payment reconciliation rules (e.g., handling GBP invoices where payouts settle in AUD). 5. Subsequent Phases (Data & CRM Migration) Phase 2: Import existing active students and recurring subscription profiles from LearnWorlds/Ontraport into GHL without service interruption. Phase 3: Complete the remaining Ontraport workflow, email marketing, and settings migration so we can fully decommission Ontraport. Requirements Proven track record in GoHighLevel (Funnels, Membership Sites, Advanced Workflows, Custom Integrations). Strong UI/UX visual design capabilities (must provide portfolio examples). Hands-on experience configuring 1-step checkouts with Apple Pay & Google Pay inside GHL. Technical mastery of GHL webhooks/API and integration experience with Xero and Stripe.
