We need someone who lives inside GHL daily and can move fast without breaking things. What You Will Do Rebuild our existing Kajabi landing pages inside GoHighLevel, matching design pixel for pixel and improving conversion where you see opportunity Build new funnels from scratch including opt in pages, sales pages, checkout pages, order bumps, upsells, and thank you pages Set up forms, surveys, calendars, and the automation triggers connected to each funnel step Connect email and SMS workflows, tags, and pipelines so leads route correctly Install and verify tracking including GA4, Meta pixel, conversion events, and UTM structure Handle domain and subdomain setup, DNS records, redirects, and page speed optimization QA every page on desktop, tablet, and mobile before anything goes live First Project Scope Audit our current Kajabi pages and deliver a migration plan with a page by page map Migrate our existing landing pages into GoHighLevel without losing traffic or breaking links Build two new funnels from scratch based on wireframes and copy we provide Deliver short Loom walkthroughs and basic documentation so our team can maintain the pages You Are a Great Fit If You Have Two or more years building inside GoHighLevel specifically, not just general page builders A portfolio of live GHL funnels you can link to, with a clear note on what you built A real understanding of direct response layout, page hierarchy, and how copy flows on a converting page Comfort writing custom CSS and HTML inside GHL when the builder alone is not enough The discipline to follow brand guidelines exactly on fonts, colors, spacing, and buttons Strong async communication, realistic ETAs, and a track record of hitting them Nice to Have Hands on Kajabi experience, especially migrating off of it Experience with membership platforms such as Skool or Circle Background in the personal finance, education, or info product space Basic design skills in Figma or Canva Experience building GHL snapshots and running A/B tests Project Details Start date: immediately Structure: fixed price for the initial migration, then ongoing hourly or monthly retainer for continued funnel work Estimated volume: 10 to 20 hours per week to start Long term potential: yes, we ship new funnels and pages every month How to Apply Please do not send a generic proposal.
