Bright Path Wellness Group runs a network of therapy and counseling practices across the East Coast. As we onboard new providers and grow our client base, our marketing has outpaced our systems, we need someone to bring order and automation to how we communicate with leads, clients, and our own internal team. *Your Deliverables* - Rebuild and optimize our GoHighLevel account: pipelines, tags, and automated workflows for lead intake, client onboarding, and internal hiring processes - Manage and improve our email marketing, newsletters, provider announcements, re-engagement sequences, with a focus on open and click-through rates - Set up systems so no lead or new client falls through the cracks between first contact and first appointment - Troubleshoot and clean up existing automations that are triggering incorrectly or duplicating tasks - Report monthly on what's working (open rates, workflow completion, pipeline movement) *What We're Looking For* - Demonstrated hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (not just familiarity, we need someone who can build from scratch) - Strong email marketing skills: subject line testing, segmentation, deliverability basics - Experience in a healthcare, wellness, or professional services setting is a plus but not required - Self-starter who can audit a messy system and propose fixes without hand-holding - Excellent written communication: Our audience includes both clinicians and clients, and tone matters
