Google Ads Ecom Expert: Answer Technical PMax Course Questions (No AI, Experience Only)

Project: Google Ads Expert Needed - PMax Strategy Q&A for Course Content We're building a Performance Max course for ecommerce store owners and need a hands-on Google Ads expert to answer detailed strategy questions that will be used to write the actual course scripts. This is not a writing job. We have the questions ready for each topic, we need your real, hands-on expertise behind the answers. Important: please read before applying: We are not looking for AI-generated answers, or answers researched from an AI tool, blog posts, or Google's own help documentation. We can get that ourselves. We're paying specifically for your own hands-on experience and knowledge, real numbers from real accounts you've managed, and judgment that only comes from actually running these campaigns. If an answer reads like something pulled from an AI tool or a generic PPC blog, it will not be accepted. We will be checking closely for this, it's the main reason we'd request a revision or decline to approve a milestone. Scope and payment: 8 separate question sets, each covering one PMax topic: Campaign Structure, Asset Group Best Practices, Audience Signals, Search Themes, Assets Best Practices, Bidding & Budget, Campaign Setup, and Optimization. Each outline contains 12-20 questions, requiring detailed, numbers-backed answers as described above - $150 per completed question set, paid as a fixed-price milestone once each set is reviewed and approved. - We'll share one question set at a time. Once it's approved, we move to the next. - We're aiming to complete 4 question sets in August, with the remaining 4 planned for September, contingent on continued fit - This round covers 8 sets total. We have additional Google Ads and future course topics planned, with strong potential for ongoing work beyond this scope for the right fit. What each question set requires: - Real experience, not general best practices. What you've actually seen happen in accounts you've managed, including where your experience contradicts common advice. - Numbers, not generalities. Where a question asks for a benchmark, threshold, or example, we need actual figures: conversion counts, CPA/ROAS shifts, timeframes. "It depends" or "performance improved" is not an acceptable answer on its own. - Real examples. Several questions ask for anonymized account examples: what the account looked like before, what changed, the actual result, and roughly how long it took to show up in the data. - Independent judgment. These questions are intentionally open-ended; we're not looking for validation of an existing framework. If your answer differs from common advice, that difference is exactly what we're paying for. - Ecommerce-specific. Please answer with ecommerce accounts in mind, not lead-gen or local business PMax experience. Depth over length. We'd rather have 5 sharp, specific, numbers-backed answers than 15 generic ones. - Freelancers only: we're looking for one individual Google Ads expert with genuine hands-on ecommerce PMax management experience, not an agency.
