Google Ads Guru for E-commerce Business

We are an online hair and beauty business operating e-commerce stores in Australia and the UAE, and we are looking for an experienced freelance Google Ads specialist to join our team on an ongoing basis. IMPORTANT – THIS IS A MONTHLY FREELANCE RETAINER We are NOT looking for someone for a one-off Google Ads project. GOOGLE ADS EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL You must be able to demonstrate genuine, hands-on Google Ads experience. We are particularly interested in someone who has experience with: • Google Ads campaign setup and management • Performance Max campaigns • Shopping campaigns • Google Merchant Center • Campaign optimisation • Search campaigns • Keyword and search-term analysis • Conversion tracking / GA4 • Budget management • Ad copy and creative optimisation • Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve ROAS and sales You should be able to demonstrate previous Google Ads work and explain what you personally managed, optimised or achieved. OTHER DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERIENCE – A PLUS Google Ads is the main requirement, but additional digital marketing skills would be highly valuable. Experience with any of the following is an advantage: • AI-generated marketing videos • Shopify • Shopify Email • Email marketing / campaigns • Meta / Facebook / Instagram advertising • Social media marketing • Content creation • SEO • Google Analytics / GA4 • Google Merchant Center • Other e-commerce marketing activities ABOUT OUR BUSINESS We are an online hair and beauty business with e-commerce stores targeting customers in the UAE. We are a growing start-up and are building our digital marketing capability, so we are looking for someone who can work with us on an ongoing basis and potentially take on more responsibility as the business grows. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Proven hands-on Google Ads experience • Strong understanding of e-commerce advertising • Experience with Google Shopping / Performance Max preferred • Able to demonstrate previous results or campaigns you have worked on • Analytical and commercially minded • Reliable and responsive • Comfortable working independently • Interested in a longer-term freelance relationship TO APPLY Please do NOT simply send a generic application.
