Responsibilities include: * Optimising existing campaigns * Improving the quality of enquiries and conversions * Reviewing search terms and adding negative keywords * Testing ad copy and making ongoing performance improvements * Monitoring campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities * Providing a concise monthly performance report Please include: * Your Google Ads experience * Examples of similar accounts you've managed, particularly for high-value products or services with longer sales cycles * What you would review first before making any changes * Your proposed monthly management fee and what is included in your service I'm looking for someone proactive, analytical, and interested in building a long-term working relationship to continue improving the account over time.
