Google Ads Policy Diagnosis for Veterinary E-Commerce
Worldwide
Google Ads & Merchant Center policy diagnostic — Australian veterinary e-commerce We sell veterinary and pet products in Australia, including parasiticides (NO Prescription edication). We are an APVMA-registered Australian veterinary wholesaler, and the business is run by practising veterinary surgeons. For roughly two years we have had recurring product disapprovals and asset-group restrictions across Merchant Center and Performance Max. Products are approved, then restricted again weeks later. We currently have an open case with Google's PMax policy team. Multiple support agents have given us different and sometimes contradictory explanations. We are not looking for campaign management. We want one thing: a clear, written diagnosis of our policy position and what is and is not achievable. Scope — fixed fee, 10 hours Review our Merchant Center account, product feed and Performance Max asset groups Establish which policies are actually being applied to which products, and why Assess whether the enforcement we are seeing is consistent with how comparable Australian retailers are treated Deliver a written assessment: what is permanently excluded, what is recoverable, and the specific steps for each One call to walk us through it What we want to see in your proposal Do not describe your general Google Ads process. Instead: Describe a restricted-category account in Australia where you got previously disapproved products approved. What was the category, what was the actual cause, and what changed it? In your understanding, what is Google's current position on Shopping ads for pet pharmaceuticals in Australia? How do you interpret Australian S3 and S4 scheduling in relation to Google's advertising policies? Proposals that do not answer all three will not be reviewed. After this engagement If the diagnosis is sound, there is likely ongoing work — a few hours a quarter, reviewing policy status and handling anything new. We intend to run the account ourselves. Australian-based, or an Australian who has worked in this market. You must have handled Australian regulatory categories directly.
