Summary

I paused my campaign because it stopped working. Results went from average 75% effective to well under 30%. I'm looking for an AdWords guru with keen insights and experience optimizing AdWords campaigns. Conversions into a significant increase in phone calls and form fills for my business is the objective. Phase one will be the overhaul of the ads then unpause the campaign. Let it run for a month, gather some data, then reassess. Once I have quantifiable results I will be looking for a monthly manager.
