Google Analytics Expert (GA4) to Track Traffic and Leads (+ AI traffic like: AIO, ChatGPT, Gemini)

Questions need to be answered - we won't accept your application otherwise. We need someone to set up proper tracking channels on GA4 - we need to know where our booked appointments came from. (All SEO and AISEO) What we need help with: - Create a way to isolate AI-driven traffic (a custom channel group or segment covering chatgpt.com, perplexity.ai, gemini, copilot, and similar sources) - Make sure our lead actions are tracked as conversions: form submissions/appointment bookings - Connect those together so we can see which sources actually produce booked appointments, not just clicks - Build a simple Looker Studio dashboard we can read without a data background - Record a short walkthrough video explaining what you set up and how to read it Nice to have: Experience with call tracking (CallRail or similar) and CRM lead-source reporting Server-side tagging experience Familiarity with how AI assistants cite and link to websites Details: The site is on WordPress; the client uses WordPress & Calendly for appointments Timeline: we'd like to start asap and have the core setup done within 2–3 weeks Ongoing monthly reporting is possible if this goes well ----------------- To apply, skip the long proposal and just answer these three questions: 1.
