Google Ad Specialist

We are a local service business looking for a Google Ads expert to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns. You must have proven experience running Google Ads for local service businesses (not just e-commerce or lead gen). PAY is for $150/month to manage my google ads. Initial will campaign launch and adjustment will take more time at the beginning but it should be slower once we have it up. What We're Looking For - At least 2+ years managing Google Ads campaigns - Experience with local service businesses (salons, spas, restaurants, plumbers, etc.) - Strong track record of lowering CPC while maintaining or increasing leads - Knows Google Ads editor, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking - Can set up and manage conversion tracking (calls, form submits, map clicks) - Experience with local map pack / local search ads is a plus What You'll Do - Optimize existing Search, Display, and Local campaigns - Create new ad copy and extensions - Set up proper conversion tracking (we use GoHighLevel + Google Ads) - Weekly reporting on ROAS, CPC, and lead quality - A/B test landing pages if needed Requirements - Detail-oriented — we need someone who catches the small things - Works fast — we move quickly and need someone who can keep up - Available during US business hours (PST or EST preferred) - Must have Upwork profile with reviews from similar local business clients - Can start immediately - Must be AI-native — use AI tools to speed up your work
