Google Workspace Admin Expert – Consolidate 7 Domains & Optimize Billing

I am looking for an experienced Google Workspace Admin expert to help organize and consolidate 7 different Google Workspace domains. The goal is to simplify the Google Admin Console structure, organize domain aliases, reduce duplicate licenses/users where possible, and optimize billing so the accounts are charged more efficiently under an annual commitment plan with monthly payments. Scope of work: Review current Google Workspace setup across 7 domains Recommend the best structure: primary domain, secondary domains, and/or domain aliases Help consolidate domains into one Admin Console where possible Configure domain aliases and user email aliases Review users, groups, routing, and duplicate licenses Identify unused or unnecessary licenses Help optimize billing from flexible monthly billing to annual commitment paid monthly Provide a short summary of final setup and recommendations Requirements: Strong experience with Google Workspace Admin Console Experience managing multiple domains under one Workspace account Understanding of domain aliases vs secondary domains Experience with DNS, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC Ability to explain the recommended structure before making changes Please include in your proposal: Examples of similar Google Workspace projects you have done How you would approach this consolidation Any risks I should be aware of before making changes Your estimated hours for this project
