Summary

We are looking for a Google Workspace & AI Specialist to set up a structured, semi-automated outbound lead generation workflow for our agency. We generate e-commerce store leads using StoreLeads (exporting metrics, emails, phone numbers, KakaoTalk, Instagram handles, etc.) and import them into Google Sheets. We want to leverage Gemini Pro within Google Workspace to analyze these stores and generate hyper-personalized outreach messages automatically. Key Responsibilities: Master Tracking Google Sheet Setup: Build a centralized Master Google Sheet to track the full funnel status for every online shop. Include status columns (e.g., New, Email Sent, Follow-up 1, Instagram Sent, Responded, DNC/Blacklist, Closed). Implement a strict Do Not Contact (DNC) / Blacklist system to immediately flag and remove leads who opt-out or object to contact. AI Integration (Gemini Pro): Connect Gemini Pro directly to our Google Sheet / Workspace environment. Build prompts/scripts that analyze the store data in each row and write custom, highly targeted intro lines/outreach pitches. Store these generated messages directly into dedicated columns within the same sheet. Cold Email Tool Connection: Connect the Master Google Sheet directly to our Cold Emailing tool. Configure automated email sequencing/flows (initial personalized email + automated follow-ups over several days). Manual Instagram Outreach Integration: Create dedicated columns with AI-generated, custom Instagram opener scripts. Structure the sheet so our team can easily copy-paste messages into Instagram (starting at 20–30 daily DMs and scaling up) and manually update the funnel status in the master sheet. Requirements: Proven experience with Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, and Gemini AI. Strong background in building custom lead tracking systems in Google Sheets. Experience integrating Google Sheets with Cold Email software (Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.). Deep understanding of CRM/Funnel management and DNC/blacklist logic.
