Google Workspace Migration from Rackspace

We're looking for an experienced Google Workspace consultant to help plan and execute a migration from Rackspace to Google Workspace. This is not just an email migration. Email is integrated with Front, our CRM, phone system, website, and several other business-critical tools. We need someone who can understand the full environment, identify dependencies and risks, and develop a migration plan before implementation. Responsibilities include: Assessing our current environment Designing the Google Workspace architecture Planning and executing the migration Configuring users, groups, aliases, security, and DNS (MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC) Testing all integrations and minimizing downtime Providing documentation and post-migration support Ideal candidates have experience with Google Workspace migrations, multi-domain environments, email deliverability, and third-party integrations.
