Google Workspace Setup & Security

We are a two-person, US-based business operating entirely on Apple devices. We need help organizing our Google Workspace to separate our accounts and ensure a secure boundary from separate businesses we own. Experience in AI is a plus, cowork/codex/obsidian/.md files. This is a one-time, fixed-fee project requiring NDA signing before access. Responsibilities include organizing Google Workspace for 2 seats on Macs and iPhones, setting up Shared Drive/folder structure and labels, finding and listing franchise-linked connections for removal approval, migrating 3 years of Gmail and organizing personal mail, setting up security basics like MFA and browser-extension audit, resolving iCloud/Google conflicts, and setting Google as primary on devices.
