Google Workspace to SharePoint/Microsoft 365 Migration Expert Needed

We're looking for an experienced IT/cloud migration specialist to migrate our organization's data from Google Workspace (Drive, Shared Drives, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts) to Microsoft SharePoint/Microsoft 365. Scope of Work: - Assess current Google Workspace environment (Drive, Shared Drives, Gmail, Contacts, Calendar) and document folder/permission structure - Plan and execute migration of files and folders from Google Drive to SharePoint Online / OneDrive, preserving folder hierarchy, file versions, and metadata where possible - Migrate Gmail to Outlook/Exchange Online (mail, contacts, calendar events) - Recreate or map sharing permissions and access controls in the new SharePoint/M365 environment - Set up SharePoint site structure, document libraries, and permission groups appropriate for our team - Test migrated data for completeness and accuracy - Provide a brief handover/training session or documentation for our team on using SharePoint/OneDrive post-migration - Troubleshoot any sync or migration errors during the process Requirements: - Proven experience migrating organizations from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365/SharePoint (please share past project examples) - Familiarity with migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, Microsoft SharePoint Migration Tool, CloudFuze, Mover, or similar) - Strong understanding of SharePoint site architecture, permissions, and Microsoft 365 admin center - Ability to work with minimal data loss/downtime Clear communication and ability to provide a migration plan/timeline before starting - Available for a short discovery call to scope data volume and complexity Nice to Have: - Experience migrating nonprofit or small-organization environments - Microsoft 365 or SharePoint certifications To Apply: Please share relevant experience with similar migrations, your recommended tools/approach, and an estimated timeline and cost.
