Government & Regulatory Affairs Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a regulatory expert to lead our engagement with the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission (BGLC) in Jamaica. As the face of our company to the local regulator, you will be responsible for securing and maintaining our licenses, ensuring full compliance, and shaping our strategic growth in the rapidly evolving online gaming market. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison with the BGLC, managing all regulatory communications, audits, and submissions. Monitor and analyze legislative changes, proactively advising the executive team on risks and opportunities. Lead the preparation and submission of licensing applications (corporate and key-person). Key Requirements: Experience in a regulatory or compliance role within the iGaming or sports betting industry. Knowledge of the Jamaican regulatory landscape and the BGLC's specific requirements.
