Grant Research Specialist

We're a Massachusetts-based health technology company building real-time voice interpretation for community health centers and school districts. We need a thorough, well-qualified list of funding opportunities we're actually eligible for — not a keyword dump from Grants.gov. Scope of work Identify 15–20 funding opportunities across: Federal agencies (NIH, HRSA, NSF, AHRQ, and others you consider relevant) Massachusetts state agencies and quasi-public entities Private foundations focused on health equity, language access, immigrant/refugee health, or digital health For each opportunity, provide: Program name and administering agency Direct link to the announcement Next deadline (and cycle, if recurring) Award range and typical project period Eligibility requirements Whether for-profit entities qualify — this is a hard filter for us Whether a letter of intent or pre-application is required, and when One sentence on why it fits our work Then flag the three you would prioritize and explain your reasoning. Deliverable: A spreadsheet (Google Sheets or Excel) plus a short summary of your top three recommendations. Requirements Demonstrated experience researching federal grant opportunities, ideally including SBIR/STTR Experience with for-profit applicants specifically — most grant researchers come from nonprofit backgrounds and surface mechanisms we're ineligible for Familiarity with health, health equity, or digital health funding Ability to verify eligibility rather than assume it
