1. Job Role Summary You need a Technical Grant Application & Executive BD Assistant to handle execution on two fronts: 2. Core Responsibilities • Grant & Funding Submissions: Submit, track, and manage applications for UK and global innovation grants (e.g., Innovate UK, EPSRC, KTP frameworks) and tech non-dilutive funding. • Outreach Execution: Manage outbound email communication to target university research divisions (Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial, UCL, Edinburgh) and Big Tech partnership portals (Microsoft, AWS, Google DeepMind, OpenAI, Anthropic). • Pipeline Management: Track responses, follow-ups, document requirements, and call scheduling on your behalf. 3. Key Freelancer Profile Look for a candidate with a background in Grant Writing / Tech BD / Founder Assistance who understands how to handle sensitive IP and communicate professionally with academic and enterprise stakeholders.
