GraphPad Prism Figure Formatting Specialist

PROJECT OVERVIEW We are looking for a freelancer with experience using GraphPad Prism to update the appearance of existing scientific figures. The underlying data, analyses, and figure layouts are already established. The primary task is to revise the figures using new color schemes and formatting instructions while preserving the existing data, analyses, and statistical settings. The work will involve confidential scientific information. The selected freelancer will be required to review and sign our company-specific confidentiality disclosure agreement (CDA) before receiving any project files or confidential information. SCOPE OF WORK Open and edit existing GraphPad Prism files Update graph colors according to provided instructions or reference examples Apply formatting changes consistently across related figures, including data sets, legends, symbols, lines, bars, and error bars Make minor formatting adjustments as needed to maintain a clean and consistent appearance Preserve all existing source data, analyses, statistical settings, data-table relationships, graph organization, and file structure unless otherwise instructed Complete the work directly in GraphPad Prism Return fully editable GraphPad Prism files DELIVERABLES Updated GraphPad Prism files with the requested color schemes and formatting Figures that remain fully editable within GraphPad Prism Existing data, analyses, and statistical settings preserved and unchanged A brief note identifying any requested changes that could not be completed or any inconsistencies found in the source files Flattened images, PDFs, PowerPoint files, or recreated figures will not be accepted as substitutes for the editable GraphPad Prism files. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Proficiency with GraphPad Prism Experience formatting scientific or technical figures Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to follow specific visual and color-formatting instructions Familiarity with scientific data presentation is preferred APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS Please include the following in your proposal: A brief description of your experience with GraphPad Prism Examples of scientific figures you have formatted, if available The GraphPad Prism version and operating system you currently use Your availability and expected turnaround time Confirmation that you can complete the work directly in GraphPad Prism and return fully editable Prism files with the underlying data and analyses intact Confirmation that you are willing to sign a company-specific CDA before receiving the project files This project may lead to similar figure-formatting work in the future.
