The objective is to produce an updated version of the existing document that incorporates the new data accurately, maintains the quality and consistency of the established design, and is technically prepared for trouble-free professional printing. The overall design, visual identity, and structure of the current document should be retained unless adjustments are necessary to accommodate the new information or improve consistency. The updated document should remain visually consistent with the existing version. Any layout changes required as a result of the new data should feel integrated with the original design rather than appearing as additions. The final document must be fully checked and supplied as print-ready artwork, along with an editable working file for future updates. Materials Provided The following will be supplied: Existing designed document / artwork files. Updated data and content. Any replacement imagery, charts, graphics, or brand assets required. Existing brand guidelines, where applicable. Notes identifying the sections/pages requiring update An initial updated proof should be provided for review before final artwork is prepared. Final Deliverables Print-ready PDF prepared to professional print-production standards. Final artwork checked for overset text, missing links, low-resolution imagery, transparency, and other preflight issues. High-resolution images and graphics suitable for print. Packaged editable source files, including linked assets and fonts where licensing permits. A separate screen-optimised PDF, required for digital distribution.
