Graphic Designer – B2B Healthcare & Mental Health Tech (Brand Assets & Marketing Collateral)

About Us: Deputy Care is a healthcare billing technology platform for mental health providers and therapy practices. We simplify insurance recovery, patient billing, and session reimbursements so clinicians can focus on care. The Role: We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented B2B Graphic Designer to elevate our visual brand and create high-performing marketing, sales, and onboarding collateral. You will help turn complex billing and financial concepts into clean, visually engaging, and highly trustworthy designs. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: - Sales & Pitch Collateral: Designing one-pagers, sell sheets, and presentation templates for provider outreach. - Digital & Social Assets: Creating clean LinkedIn graphics, carousel posts, social ad creatives, and email headers that resonate with practice owners and therapists. - Explanatory Diagrams & Infographics: Visualizing billing flows, payment timelines, and healthcare financial processes into simple, easy-to-understand diagrams. - Reusable Templates: Building editable templates in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite that our internal team can easily customize for future campaigns. What We Are Looking For: - Proven experience in B2B graphic design (Healthtech, SaaS, Fintech, or Mental Health experience is a plus). - Strong portfolio showcasing clean typography, modern layouts, and professional corporate branding. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma/Canva. - Excellent eye for visual hierarchy and data presentation. - Strong communication skills and ability to meet fast turnarounds.
