Graphic Designer - Fez, Morocco | Social Media & Brand

We’re a media team based in Fez, Morocco, building a street-interview brand focused on money, business, and success in the style of School of Hard Knocks. We’re looking for a freelance graphic designer to create social, brand, and promotional assets. This is a remote freelance contract. No office attendance is required. All communication, contracts, and payments will stay on Upwork. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Design social media graphics, carousels, thumbnails, quote cards, and promotional assets - Create a clean visual system that keeps the brand recognizable across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn - Turn photos, interview clips, and copy into scroll-stopping creative - Build reusable templates for fast recurring production - Design occasional pitch decks, one-sheets, and digital brand materials - Collaborate remotely with our video editor, copywriter, and Fez-based team - Resize and adapt creative for multiple platforms without losing quality WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - A strong portfolio with social, digital, or content-brand work - Excellent layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual storytelling - Comfortable in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Canva and Figma are useful bonuses - Able to work quickly, take feedback, and keep files organized - Good English communication - Photo editing and light motion design are bonuses - Familiarity with Morocco, Arabic, or French is helpful but not required DETAILS - Remote freelance contract - Ongoing work with steady weekly volume - Hourly, contracted and paid through Upwork - We’ll begin with a small paid design contract through Upwork before moving into recurring work TO APPLY Please send through Upwork: 1.
