Graphic Designer (Marketing Team)
Worldwide
We are hiring a contract Graphic Designer to work alongside our Growth Design Lead and give Revive marketing a consistent, confident look across every channel. Twenty focused hours a week, fully remote if you like, and open to designers anywhere in the world. Team: Marketing Hours: 20 hours per week Required online portfolio (non-negotiable) Hours: At least 4 hours per day overlapping 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. US Pacific Time About the role You'll be the design engine behind our marketing communications. One week that's a campaign landing page and a set of paid social variations; the next it's an investor one-pager, an email header, and a template the sales team can use without breaking the brand. You'll work directly with the Growth Design Lead, who sets creative direction and reviews your work, and with marketing, content, and sales partners who bring the briefs. We value designers who ask a sharp question before opening Figma and ship clean, on-brand files without hand-holding. What you'll work on Design across every channel we run: web landing and campaign pages, hero imagery, and icons; print pieces like one-pagers, flyers, mailers, and event collateral; organic and paid social sized per platform, plus reusable post templates; email graphics and modular blocks; internal decks, announcements, and onboarding materials; editable Figma and slide templates the wider team can run with; display banners, light motion, and video thumbnails; and the volume of creative variations paid media testing requires. You'll also help keep the brand system healthy — applying the Revive brand book consistently, maintaining shared libraries, and organizing files so the next person can find them. What you'll bring A live portfolio link showing marketing design across more than one channel. Applications without one won't be reviewed. Proven range across digital and print — able to move between a paid social asset, a printed flyer, and a slide layout in the same week. Excellent written and spoken English: read a brief, ask the right question, explain a decision, and give status updates without being chased. Comfort working inside an existing brand system and type scale rather than reinventing it. Files built as reusable templates — organized layers, components, and styles. Nice to have: real estate, proptech, fintech, or another regulated industry; basic motion or animated ads; familiarity with HTML/CSS constraints for web and email; paid media testing experience. Logistics: up to 20 hours/week, fully remote, open to candidates outside the US. Requires at least 4 hours daily overlap with 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. US Pacific for reviews and live feedback.
