Graphic Designer Needed for Event Banner & Backdrop

We’re looking for an experienced graphic designer to create two large-format print designs for an upcoming industry event. Deliverables: 1. Retractable Roll-Up Banner * Size: 33” W x 81” H * Designed for a standard retractable banner stand 2. Event Backdrop / Vinyl Banner * Size: 7’ W x 5’ H We have an existing brand, logo, website, product screenshots, and an initial concept/direction that we can share. We’re also open to a fresh creative approach to the overall concept, layout, color scheme, and visual direction. The designs should be clean, modern, professional, and easy to read from a distance. We do not want the pieces to feel overcrowded or like enlarged flyers. Scope includes: * Design of both pieces * Collaboration on creative direction * Up to two rounds of revisions * Final print-ready, high-resolution files based on printer specifications * Editable source files Budget: $500 fixed price for both designs. Timeline: We need to move quickly. Final print-ready files should be completed within approximately one week to allow time for printing. When applying, please include: * Examples of relevant event signage, trade show, banner, backdrop, or other large-format print work * Your estimated turnaround time * Software you work in (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) Experience designing for technology, entertainment, or B2B companies is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for someone with a strong design eye who can take our existing brand and materials and turn them into compelling event signage.
