Graphic Designer Required: Real Estate Lead Magnet Reports & Meta Ads

Project Overview I am a New Zealand residential real estate salesperson seeking an experienced graphic designer to create a series of professionally branded reports and matching Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertisements for a social media lead generation campaign. The reports will be offered as free downloadable resources in exchange for contact details and must be visually appealing, modern, informative, and consistent with my personal and company branding. Scope of Work Reports Design and produce: 6 x A4 reports 4 pages per report PDF format suitable for: Digital download Email distribution High-quality A4 printing/booklet production Content Supplied I will provide: Report text/content 1 professional branding/profile photo Existing report examples (for design reference and to copy text from) Brand standards including: Fonts Colour palette The examples I provide are dated and will be used as content and format references only. The successful designer will: Modernise the appearance of all reports Use contemporary layouts and typography Source suitable royalty-free or licensed stock images Create visually engaging graphics where appropriate Ensure consistency of: Branding Colours Fonts Layout style Overall presentation across all six reports Topics Reports will be residential real estate themed. Examples include: "9 Costly Traps to Avoid When Selling Your Home" "47 Landscaping Ideas That Showcase Your Home When You Sell" "Don't Sell Your Home Until You've Attended to These Important Fix-Ups" Original Report Creation Five reports will be based on examples provided. One report will be created from scratch using text provided in either Word or PDF format. For this report, the designer will develop a completely original layout and design while maintaining visual consistency with the other reports. Meta Ad Creative In addition to the reports, create: 6 x Meta Ad Graphics One matching graphic advertisement for each report. The purpose of the ads is to generate downloads and leads. Example ad concept: "Don't sell your home until you've attended to these 3 Most Important Fix-Ups that could net you thousands of dollars more when you sell. Download your FREE booklet." The designer should create visually engaging advertisements that: Match the look and feel of the corresponding report Follow Meta advertising best practices Include clear call-to-action messaging Be suitable for Facebook and Instagram placements Deliverables Reports Print-ready PDF version Editable source files (InDesign, Canva, Illustrator or similar) Ads Final exported files suitable for Meta advertising Editable source files Preferred Experience Applicants should ideally have experience in: Real estate marketing Lead magnet creation PDF report design Social media advertising creative Brand-consistent document design Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Please reference examples of similar work completed.
