Graphic Designer for Bar/Restaurant

I am seeking a graphic designer for my bar/restaurant/beer garden to create promotional posters, event posters, menus, business cards, flyers, and coasters. The designs will be used for print, EDMs, websites, and social media. I am not looking for your standard designs as I want to stand out in the market with cool, edgy, creative and fun design so you must be able to demonstrate you've done similar projects before. If we work well together, and I am happy with designs, this work could become ongoing. The ideal candidate will have experience in both print and digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail. We will be choosing our collaborator based largely on their work done in a way similar to our intended approach. We have some design guidelines, and some posters have already been designed, but I'm happy to explore new ideas.. For the menus, we would need to be able to edit them ourselves once the main design has been done, as we change the beer list often.
