Graphic Designer for Coaching Content

Graphic Designer & Content Creator (Part-Time / Contract) About the Role We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Content Creator to support a growing personal development and facilitation practice. You'll help bring workshops, programs, and social media presence to life through clean visual design and engaging short-form video content. This role blends static design work (workbooks, flyers, Instagram graphics) with video content creation (Reels, TikToks, edited clips from workshop and coaching footage). It's a great fit for someone who loves both worlds and can move fluidly between polished print-style layouts and fast-paced social video. Responsibilities Graphic Design Design and format workbooks and reference guides (Canva, InDesign, or similar) Create flyers and promotional materials for workshops and events Design Instagram Stories, carousels, and feed posts aligned with brand aesthetic Maintain visual consistency across all materials (fonts, colors, layout style) Content Creation & Video Editing Edit raw footage into polished short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels Add captions, transitions, music, and on-brand visual elements Repurpose long-form content (workshops, talks) into bite-sized social clips Suggest content ideas/trends relevant to personal development & wellness audiences Ideal Candidate Portfolio showing both graphic design and video editing work Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign), or CapCut Strong eye for clean, calming, and professional aesthetics (wellness/personal growth space a plus) Comfortable working independently, meeting deadlines, and taking feedback Bonus: familiarity with somatic, wellness, or personal development content
