Graphic Designer for Event Collateral

We're a design studio looking to bring on an experienced freelance designer to help with collateral for an upcoming nonprofit event. This is a defined project with a clear deliverable list and a firm timeline, ideal for someone who works fast, follows a brand system precisely, and has real print production experience. This could lead to more ongoing work with our other clients and projects. What we need: - Event brand identity: wordmark, color palette, font pairing, and a small set of templates (We will both collaborate on this part) - Event flyer (digital and print versions) - Signage set: step and repeat, stage banner, and related event signage built to vendor specs - Program journal layout: 50 to 80 pages, working from an existing template structure, placing supplied text (letters, bios) and pre-designed sponsor ad pages - Social media graphic templates (a handful of variations, we'll provide copy) - Speaker/attendee graphic template What you should have: - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva - Strong print design skills, - Real experience with print production: bleed, CMYK, vendor spec sheets, file prep for professional printing (this is required for the journal layout) - A portfolio that includes event or conference materials, ideally including a multi-page program or journal - Ability to turn around drafts quickly and work from brand guidelines without heavy oversight Timeline: This is time-sensitive, deliverables are needed within the next several weeks.
