Graphic Designer for Logo and Branding

I am looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a coordinated job-fair package for Clean & Glo Cleaning Services LLC. I already have an established company logo. This is not a complete logo-redesign project. I need the designer to preserve the wording, symbol, proportions and overall identity of my current logo while creating professional navy, white and gold color variations for different backgrounds. I will provide my current logo, brand references, QR code, certification logos, approved wording and visual mockups showing my preferred direction. 1. Logo Color Variations Please create the following approved color variations of my existing logo: * Original navy version for white backgrounds * Navy-and-gold version for ivory or white backgrounds * White-and-gold version for navy backgrounds * All-white version for dark backgrounds * Simplified small-print version suitable for branded pens or promotional items Please do not redesign or significantly alter my existing logo without approval. 2. Custom Table Runner Design I need print-ready artwork for a separate custom table runner that will be ordered through VistaPrint. The runner will be approximately 36 inches wide and placed over a plain, loose navy-blue tablecloth. The design should have: * An ivory or soft-white background * Clean & Glo logo prominently centered * Navy lettering * Elegant and restrained gold detailing * Thin gold border or accent lines * Clean, professional and uncluttered formatting Please do not include our services, industries, hiring message or certification logos on the table runner. The final artwork must be correctly sized and prepared according to VistaPrint’s current table-runner template and printing requirements. 3. Recruitment Flyer I need a matching 5.5 × 8.5-inch recruitment flyer for candidates to take home. The flyer should include: * Clean & Glo Cleaning Services logo * “NOW HIRING” as the primary headline * “Join the Clean & Glo Team” * Available employment opportunities * Cleaning Technician * Supervisor/Quality Control * Biohazard Response Team — On Call * Operations Support * Brief candidate qualifications * Large employment-application QR code * “Scan to Apply” * Website and contact information * Small row of official certification logos near the bottom * Navy, white and gold company colors The flyer should be professional, welcoming, easy to read and not overcrowded. 4. Tabletop “Now Hiring” QR Sign I need a matching 8.5 × 11-inch sign that can be placed vertically inside a clear acrylic sign holder. It should include: * Clean & Glo logo * Large “NOW HIRING” headline * Large, functional application QR code * “Scan to Apply” * Clean navy, white and gold design The QR code must be tested before the final files are submitted. Required Deliverables For all applicable designs, I must receive: * Original editable Adobe Illustrator files * EPS vector files * SVG vector files * High-resolution PNG files * Transparent-background PNG logo files * CMYK print-ready PDF files * RGB digital versions * Proper bleed and crop marks for printed materials * Fonts converted to outlines * Exact color codes used * VistaPrint-ready table-runner file * Realistic mockups of the table runner, flyer and tabletop sign * Full ownership and commercial usage rights The project includes up to two rounds of reasonable revisions. All final files must be organized, clearly labeled and delivered together as downloadable attachments. Files should not be delivered only as preview images inside the Upwork message thread. Fixed Budget: $110.00 This will be one funded milestone covering the complete job-fair package. Payment will be released after all agreed-upon deliverables have been submitted, downloaded and verified.
