Graphic Designer (linkedin)

We are looking for a graphic designer to create designs for our LinkedIn page, social media posts, advertising campaigns, and other marketing materials. It is very important that the designer takes the time to understand our brand guidelines, visual identity, and previous posts before creating new designs. We have worked with the same designer for many years, so our designs have developed a very consistent look and feel. We are now looking for a new designer, but we are not looking to completely change or move away from our existing creative direction. Please review our previous LinkedIn posts carefully and pay attention to the balance between: Creativity and simplicity Professionalism and visual impact Consistent branding and fresh ideas Clear messaging without overcomplicating the design We want someone who can bring their own creativity while still maintaining the identity and visual language we have already established. The aim is for our new designs to feel fresh and creative, but still immediately recognisable as part of our brand.
