Graphic Designer needed to take customer drawings/ideas and create final files for sign production

I have a manufacturing/sign company that takes customer logos, designs, drawings, ideas, sketches, etc and turns them into steel, vintage style signs. I am looking for help on the design-side. I need someone to take the customer's idea and create the proof/mockup for the customer's approval. The workload will be low for now, but should get heavier as time goes on. Interested in finding someone that can turn it around in 24 hours, if possible. Attached are some examples of sketch/idea to final sign. It's a fairly straight-forward job. Nothing too complicated. Need the final file in jpeg and vector format. Feel free to ask any questions and send examples.
