Graphic Designer & reels editor - URGENT

I'm not looking for someone who waits for instructions and replicates what they're told. I'm looking for someone who looks at a brand and already has ideas - someone who can conceptualise campaigns, think in aesthetics, and then bring those ideas to life themselves. I am looking for someone to- - Design Instagram posts, carousels, reels, and stories - Create Pinterest creatives built for traffic and brand aesthetic - Design Meta Ads- static and reel formats across multiple industries - Design email newsletters and campaign templates - Create short-form video content and reels using, Edits, Canva, CapCut or similar tools Brand Thinking - Hold the visual identity of multiple brands simultaneously without losing each one's distinctiveness - Work across fashion, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, and coaching — different aesthetics, different audiences - Flag when something feels off-brand before it goes to the client Tools You Should Know: - Canva (advanced — you use it creatively, not just templating) - Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator - Instagram Edits, CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar for video - AI tools — you use them to enhance your thinking, not replace it
