Graphic Designer

Brava Braces is looking for a skilled graphic designer to create compelling digital and print assets that bring our brand to life. We're a growing orthodontic brand with a modern, premium aesthetic—and we need someone who can produce clean, on-brand visuals with minimal hand-holding. We’re looking for more than someone who simply executes our existing ideas or creates designs we could produce ourselves in Canva. The ideal designer will bring creative expertise, make thoughtful suggestions, and introduce fresh design concepts that elevate our brand. Strong communication and quick turnaround are a must. The Role • Design digital assets for social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) including static posts, story templates, and promotional graphics • Create print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, sell sheets, and event collateral • Maintain brand consistency across all assets (fonts, colors, tone, and style) • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver assets on time with minimal revisions • Adapt existing templates and create new ones as campaigns evolve Requirements • Portfolio demonstrating digital and print design work (required) • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva Pro • Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy • Responsive communicator — prompt replies and proactive updates are non-negotiable • Able to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines consistently • Experience with healthcare, wellness, or consumer brands is a plus
