Graphic Designer

Location: Remote (Worldwide) Working Hours: Aligned with UK working hours Start Date: ASAP The Role We're looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer / Visual Designer who loves creating high-performing content for digital platforms. This isn't a role for someone who simply follows instructions. We're looking for someone who thinks creatively, solves problems visually, and consistently delivers high-quality work with minimal supervision. You'll work across multiple creative projects, including: Social media graphics YouTube thumbnails and channel assets Paid advertising creatives Marketing campaigns Landing page visuals Promotional graphics Event graphics Branding assets Motion graphics (a plus) About Us We are a fast-growing group of companies operating in the finance and trading industry, building educational platforms, media brands, and communities followed by traders around the world. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who: Has 4–5+ years of professional graphic design experience (exceptional portfolios with fewer years are still encouraged to apply) Has outstanding visual design skills Understands marketing and designs that convert Can work quickly without sacrificing quality Is highly organised and manages multiple projects effectively Requires minimal creative direction Can take ownership of projects from concept to delivery Pays exceptional attention to detail Is proactive, reliable, and communicates clearly Is excited about long-term growth rather than freelance work Software & Skills You should be highly proficient with: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred) Adobe Creative Cloud Canva (for speed when appropriate) AI-First Mindset We're heavily investing in AI and want someone who is excited by where creative work is heading. You should already be using—or be eager to master—tools such as: ChatGPT Adobe Firefly Midjourney Flux Runway Other AI tools that improve speed, quality, and creativity We want someone who constantly looks for better, faster, and smarter ways to create outstanding work.
