Master Production Technical Specifications Manufacturer & Equipment: Syracuse Label & Surround Printing (North Syracuse, NY) on a web-fed HP Indigo digital press with inline digital laser die-cutting (Thru-Cut). Trim & Safety Dimensions: 1.5" x 2.0" trim size; 0.125" bleed; 0.1875" internal safe margin (accommodates laser dieline variance). Color Specification: Single custom swatch—Graphite Pencil Gray (CMYK: 20, 20, 20, 85) across all text artwork to simulate a 2mm pencil stub. Typography Method: Digitally hand-lettered by illustrator and fully expanded into vector outlines (Type - Create Outlines) on Layer 3 to eliminate font missing-link errors.
