Graphic & Web Designer - Long-Term Partnership

We are looking for an experienced Graphic & Web Designer to build a long-term working relationship with our team. This is not a one-time project. We regularly work on new websites, website redesigns, landing pages, marketing materials, and ongoing client projects. We are looking for someone dependable who can learn our workflow, understand our standards, and become a trusted extension of our team. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is highly experienced in modern website design and comfortable working across multiple website platforms and CMS environments, including: WordPress Elementor / Elementor Pro WooCommerce React Webflow Wix / Wix Studio Squarespace Shopify GoDaddy Website Builder HubSpot CMS Drupal Joomla Framer Other modern CMS and website-building platforms You do not necessarily need to be an expert developer, but you should have a strong understanding of how websites are structured and be able to take a concept, existing website, wireframe, or client vision and turn it into a professional, modern, responsive website. Responsibilities Projects may include: Designing complete websites and website redesigns Creating modern homepage and landing page concepts Building WordPress websites Creating responsive desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts Improving existing websites visually and functionally Designing graphics, banners, icons, and website elements Creating strong calls-to-action and conversion-focused layouts Working from existing branding or helping establish a new visual direction Migrating or rebuilding websites between platforms Making ongoing website changes for existing clients Collaborating with our team on multiple client projects SEO / AEO Experience Is a Plus SEO experience is not required, but it would be a major advantage. Experience with any of the following would be valuable: On-page SEO Technical SEO fundamentals SEO-friendly website structure Schema markup / structured data Local SEO Page speed and Core Web Vitals Conversion optimization AI search optimization / AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) Structuring content for ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Copilot, and other AI/LLM search experiences Again, SEO/AEO is a bonus — strong web and graphic design skills come first.
