Graphic & Design Producer — Large-Scale Art Installation About the role We are looking for a Graphic & Design Producer to create the visual design for a large-scale art installation: a 400 m² carpet that will be presented as part of an art exhibition. The carpet consists of abstract elements generated with AI, which will be edited, composed, and stitched together into coherent images across different sections. This is a hands-on role combining AI image generation, graphic design, composition, and production. The initial project can develop into a long-term freelance engagement. What we need You will help: Generate and curate abstract AI imagery. Compose individual elements into coherent large-scale sections. Edit, refine, and combine images while maintaining a consistent visual language. Prepare artwork for large-format carpet production, including scaling, tiling, resolution, and file preparation. Work with production partners to ensure technically correct final files. Iterate quickly based on creative feedback. Style Abstract, contemporary, and artistic. Strong composition and visual rhythm. Sophisticated use of texture, detail, and color. AI-generated elements should feel like a coherent artwork, not simply AI images placed together. What we are looking for Strong portfolio in graphic design, digital art, art direction, or visual production. Experience with AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney, Flux, Stable Diffusion, or similar. Excellent skills in Photoshop and/or equivalent tools. Strong understanding of composition, color, and image editing. Experience with large-format printing, textiles, carpets, or exhibition production is a plus. Fast, organized, independent, and comfortable with iteration.
