Great writer needed to improve 27K Manuscript

In need of a great writer. I have written a manuscript. Put a lot of work into it. I have most of the “content” I want. But definitely not where I would like it to be. There needs to be work “unifying” the story, giving me a stronger voice, making things clearer and more “interesting” for readers. I am not a writer. I have used AI for some parts to get some content in, and fit a possible structure, but I need the exact opposite. I need a human voice. I need someone to really grasp what I am trying to say and re-write it as well as possible. I don’t need a full re-write, but definitely to improve what I have. I need someone that communicates clearly. I need someone that can collaborate. Truly understand what I am trying to say and can communicate it better and clearer. I need someone that wants to do great work. I need someone open minded to the world. With empathy. Accepting of all people. Right now the manuscript is just shy of 27K words. It is a non-fiction book with some stories. It is about rights. Hoping to find someone to work with for a long time.
