Summary

I am originating ground leases for the development and construction of 1/4-acre battery energy storage facilities. I have a list of parcels, beginning in upstate New York. The role involves identifying and contacting the owners of these parcels to begin the negotiation of purchase and lease agreements, and putting me in touch with qualified leads. Ideal candidates will have experience in real estate and land acquisition, with strong communication skills.
