We're planning to build our next team hub in Riga, and this role is the first step — someone based there who can grow with us as we open an office locally. What you'll do Manage our Google Ads + LinkedIn Ads campaigns Identify and reach out to NGOs and public academics who could be strong early users/pilot partners Report back what's working so we can decide where to double down
