Growth Marketer to Get First Paying Users on Our AI Comparison Platform

About us OneAIWorld.com is a live AI comparison platform — users can run one prompt across multiple AI models (GPT, Gemini, Claude, FLUX, and more) side by side, generate and compare AI images and voices, chat with custom AI characters, and publish results to a community gallery. We're a small team (two technical co-founders) three years into building this. The product works, checkout works, and we have paid tiers live ($9.99/mo Basic, $29.99/mo Premium). What we don't have yet: meaningful traffic or paying subscribers. We're strong on the product side and weak on growth/distribution — that's the gap we need filled. What's already in place Working site, working Stripe checkout, tiered pricing SEO comparison content already published (ChatGPT vs Claude vs Gemini, AI image generator comparisons, etc.) and starting to get organic pickup — including at least one unaffiliated blog post using our tool No Product Hunt launch yet No AI tool directory listings yet (There's An AI For That, Futurepedia, Toolify, etc.) No Reddit/community/Discord presence yet Zero to minimal paying subscribers so far What we need We tried a narrow SEO/social-media-only engagement before and it didn't move the needle. This time we want someone who thinks about growth broadly — distribution, launches, community, and conversion — not just one channel. For this initial paid project, deliverables are: A short audit of our current site/funnel with specific, prioritized recommendations A concrete 30/60/90-day growth plan tailored to OneAIWorld (channels, sequencing, expected outcomes) Hands-on execution of at least one high-leverage action within the project window — for example, submitting us to 10+ relevant AI directories, planning and prepping a Product Hunt launch, or kicking off genuine community engagement (Reddit/Discord) — your call on what you'd prioritize first, but we want to see real output, not just a slide deck Budget & structure This is a fixed-price project ($900) for the above. We're open to splitting it into milestones (e.g., plan first, execution second) — happy to discuss once we're talking. If this goes well, there's real potential for an ongoing paid role, and depending on fit, we're open to discussing equity/revenue share as part of a longer-term arrangement — that conversation would happen directly, outside the Upwork contract itself. Who we're looking for Someone with real experience growing early-stage SaaS or AI/tech products from a small or zero user base — not an agency template pitch. Familiarity with AI tool directories, Product Hunt launches, Reddit/community-led growth, and freemium-to-paid conversion is a strong plus.
