We're looking for someone who loves experimentation and wants to build a world-class performance marketing engine. --- # Position Summary We're hiring a Growth Performance Marketing Manager to own paid customer acquisition across Meta while expanding into Pinterest, TikTok, and Google Ads. This role is much more than launching campaigns. You'll constantly develop new audience ideas, identify creative opportunities, launch structured tests, analyze results, and turn insights into scalable growth. You should wake up thinking about new experiments. --- # Your Mission Increase profitable customer acquisition through relentless experimentation. Every week you'll be asking: - Which creative angles should we test next? - Which audiences haven't we tried? - Which products deserve their own campaigns? - Which customer personas are underrepresented? - Which hooks are winning? - Which creatives need refreshing? - Which campaigns should scale? - What have we learned this week? --- # What You'll Own ### Paid Media Management - Manage Meta Ads daily - Launch new campaigns - Optimize existing campaigns - Scale profitable campaigns - Control budgets - Improve ROAS and profitability - Reduce CPA - Improve MER --- ### Creative Testing Our business creates a continuous stream of new AI-generated fashion content. Your responsibility is making sure that content gets tested. You'll: - Request new creative concepts - Suggest new lifestyle scenarios - Test different visual styles - Test different hooks - Test different copy - Test different formats - Test static vs carousel vs video - Retire fatigued creatives - Build creative testing calendars --- ### Audience Strategy Develop and continually test new audiences including: - Style preferences - Fashion aesthetics - Customer interests - Life stages - Geographic regions - Age segments - Income segments - New mothers - Vacation shoppers - Wedding guests - Professionals - Festival shoppers - Luxury shoppers - Streetwear lovers - Resort wear customers - African fashion enthusiasts - Lookalike audiences - Broad audiences - Existing customer segments We're looking for someone who is constantly discovering new audience opportunities—not relying on the same targeting month after month. --- ### Product Strategy Different products require different messaging. You'll determine: - Which collections deserve dedicated campaigns - Which products should be bundled - Which products are seasonal - Which products deserve evergreen campaigns - Which products should receive prospecting budgets - Which products should be used for retargeting --- ### Cross-Platform Growth Initially you'll manage Meta. Over time you'll expand successful strategies into: - Pinterest Ads - TikTok Ads - Google Performance Max - Google Shopping - Google Search (when appropriate) --- ### Data & Analytics Monitor performance daily including: - ROAS - CPA - CAC - CTR - CPM - CPC - Conversion Rate - MER - New Customer Revenue - Returning Customer Revenue - Creative fatigue - Frequency - Audience saturation Provide weekly recommendations based on data. --- ### Experimentation Create a structured testing roadmap. Examples include: - New creative concepts - New copy angles - New landing pages - Different offers - Different audiences - Different campaign structures - Seasonal messaging - Promotional messaging - Lifestyle positioning - AI-generated creative concepts Every test should begin with a hypothesis and end with documented learnings. --- # Collaboration You'll work closely with our creative team. You'll request new content ideas, identify what's missing, and translate performance data into creative direction. Rather than waiting for creatives, you'll actively help shape what gets created next. --- # What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days: - Established a repeatable creative testing system - Built an organized experimentation calendar - Increased testing velocity - Reduced creative fatigue - Improved campaign efficiency - Identified multiple scalable winning audiences - Built reporting dashboards - Expanded into additional paid channels where appropriate --- # Qualifications We're less interested in years of experience than in results. Ideal candidates have experience with: - Meta Ads Manager - Shopify Ecommerce - Fashion ecommerce - Google Analytics - Triple Whale or similar attribution tools - Klaviyo - Google Ads - Pinterest Ads - TikTok Ads Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Flux, or similar creative workflows is a significant advantage. --- # Ideal Candidate You are: - Curious - Analytical - Highly organized - Creative - Data-driven - Comfortable making decisions from incomplete information - Excited by experimentation - Obsessed with continuous improvement You don't simply optimize campaigns—you build testing systems that uncover new growth opportunities every week. --- # KPIs Success will be measured by: - Profitable revenue growth - New customer acquisition - ROAS - MER - CPA - Creative testing velocity - Number of meaningful experiments completed - Percentage of winning tests - Speed of creative refreshes - Successful expansion into additional advertising channels --- # Weekly Expectations Every week you should be able to answer: - What did we test? - What did we learn? - What won? - What lost? - What are we testing next? - What creative do we need? - Which audiences should we explore? - Which campaigns should scale? - Which campaigns should be paused? - Where are our biggest growth opportunities?
