What You’ll Do Architect & Execute D2C Growth: Own the end-to-end customer acquisition and retention engine for Kiri Vahona across organic, influencer, and performance channels. Scale the Influencer Engine: Build and execute an organic influencer strategy targeting the "Thrive Span" ecosystem—from elite biohackers and healthspan creators to lifestyle leaders. Drive Viral Organic Distribution: Turn science-backed longevity concepts into highly shareable short-form video content, social campaigns, and community growth mechanics. Hands-On Optimization: Analyze funnel performance daily, iterate on landing pages, optimize CRO, and scale what works without waiting for permission. Build Authentic Partnerships: Negotiate contractor relationships, affiliate networks, and creator whitelisting to amplify brand authority in the US market. Who You Are Proven Track Record: You’ve personally driven [10x+] organic growth for a premium D2C brand ( startup) in health, wellness, longevity, or biohacking. Master of Influencer Ecosystems: You know how to pitch, contract, and activate both high-authority domain experts (doctors/researchers) and high-volume lifestyle creators. Hands-On Execution: You write the briefs, review the hooks, analyze the attribution data, and optimize the funnels yourself.
