Growth marketer for an early US healthcare-aesthetics marketplace (0-to-1, remote)

We're an early-stage US marketplace in the cash-pay aesthetics space (Botox, filler, and related). Patients post what they want and their budget; verified providers respond with real priced offers. The product is live and we've started provider outreach — now we want to sharpen the 0-to-1 growth motion. We're looking for a growth marketer / growth hacker who has taken a two-sided or local-services marketplace from cold-start to early traction. You think in loops and experiments, not just channels.
