Guesty Accounting Expert – Data Cleanup + Ongoing Monthly Bookkeeping - Mexico Preferred

We are a short-term rental property management company in Mexico managing 23 units and are looking for an experienced bookkeeper with deep, hands-on expertise in Guesty. This is not a role for someone still learning the platform — we need someone who knows Guesty accounting inside and out. **The project has two phases:** **Phase 1 — Data Cleanup (one-time)** Our books need a thorough cleanup and reconciliation. You'll need to audit existing transactions, reconcile platform payouts, clean up categorizations, and get everything into an accurate, organized state. **Phase 2 — Ongoing Monthly Bookkeeping** Once the cleanup is complete, we are looking for a reliable ongoing engagement covering: - Monthly reconciliations - Income and expense categorization by property - Trust accounting - Owner statements - Payout tracking across properties **Requirements:** - Must have extensive hands-on experience with Guesty accounting specifically — please do not apply if you are not already proficient in Guesty - Experience with short-term rental / vacation rental property management accounting - Familiarity with trust accounting and owner statement preparation - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - English fluency required/ spanish fluency a big plus **Nice to have:** - Experience with Xero - Prior work with property management companies managing 15+ units - Familiarity with international property management or foreign owner disbursements **To apply**, please describe your specific experience with Guesty accounting and include examples of similar property management bookkeeping engagements.
