Summary

We need a freelancer to develop perform drainage study and run HEC-HMS model for a drainage study. The work includes setting up the model, calibrating it using available rainfall and runoff data, and producing clear results for review. You should be able to explain the modeling approach, validate outputs, and deliver a concise report summarizing the findings. Experience with hydrological modeling and strong attention to detail are required for this project.
