About Us We own multiple fast-growing DTC brands, scaling to 7 & 8 figures with performance-driven creatives. Every ad we launch is backed by data and crafted to convert. We’re looking for a video editor who not only edits but also thinks like a marketer - someone who wants to grow, push limits, and create winning ads at scale. The Role We’re hiring a Video Editor who can consistently deliver high-performing Meta video ads (30–120s+). This is a long-term, remote role with $15 start salary which increases if hit rate is on target. What You’ll Do - Edit high-converting ads for Meta & Google (30–120s+) - Apply strong hooks, pacing, captions, and transitions - Work with UGC, b-roll, and AI-generated content (Higgsfield, Heygen, ElevenLabs, Nano Banana and VEO3) - Test AI Animation ads (pixar, ai song, claymation, skeleton) + VSLs - Analyze performance data & iterate quickly based on KPIs (hook rate, hold rate, CVR) - Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist + other editors to push volume - Source raw footage & voiceovers to bring concepts to life - Experiment with new formats, trends, and storytelling angles You Need - Experience editing performance-driven Meta ads (UGC/direct response) - Proven portfolio of short-form, direct response ads - Strong creative eye and ability to deliver 10-15+ ad concepts per week - Understanding of marketing psychology, hooks, and consumer behavior - Hunger to grow — willing to test, fail, and iterate fast What You’ll Get - Base salary: $15 per hour (start salary that increases if performance is on target) + performance bonuses - Fully remote role - Direct collaboration with a high-performing editors, strategists and Founder - Managed under a dedicated Creative Strategist who oversees editors and strategy How to Apply Send us a link to your portfolio or past performance ads + add the word "TIME" somewhere in your application/response so we know you read this far
