HMO Density Check Specialist

Hello, I am a UK based property developer looking for a reliable GIS/QGIS freelancer to carry out HMO density checks on potential properties in the UK. I need someone who can: Plot an accurate 50m radius around a property Identify/count the residential properties within that radius Cross reference them against a local councils HMO data and planning records Calculate percentage of HMO's within the 50m radius Provide a simple PASS/FAIL/BORDELINE result threshold against the councils 10% threshold This will be ongoing work if the initial checks are accurate. Initial setup: $50 This would involve setting up the methodology and completing an initial test property Price per property check: $10 Once the methodology has been validated, I will provide individual addresses for assessment on an ongoing basis. I can provide the CSV file for the registered HMO properties. If you have experience with GIS/QGIS and with property checks or similar data review tasks, I would love to hear from you.
