HTML Email Signature Designer — Convert Canva Designs to Clickable Templates (4 Templates)

We're a digital marketing agency and need 4 professionally coded, fully clickable HTML email signature templates built from existing Canva designs. Background: Our clients have varying numbers of office locations (1, 2, or 3), so we need 4 distinct templates: - 2 templates for single-location agents (agents choose their preferred style) - 1 template for 2-location agents (condensed enough to cleanly show two addresses) - 1 template for 3-location agents (most compact design, built to handle three addresses without feeling cluttered) What we need: Convert our provided Canva reference designs into clean, cross-client-compatible HTML Built with table-based HTML and inline CSS (required, since divs/flexbox/external stylesheets break in Outlook) Fully clickable elements: name/title, phone (click-to-call), email (mailto), and social media icons linking to profile URLs Merge-field placeholders clearly marked for our own bulk-generation script, e.g.: [name], [title], [phone], [email] [headshot_url], [linkedin_url], [facebook_url] [office_1_address], [office_2_address], [office_3_address] (as applicable per template) The 2-location and 3-location templates should be thoughtfully designed for density, with condensed address formatting rather than the single-location layout with more crammed in Tested and confirmed rendering correctly in Outlook (desktop, 2016+), Gmail (web + mobile), Apple Mail, and Outlook Web App Deliverables: 4 final HTML files with inline CSS, no external dependencies Brief documentation on which merge fields go where per template Confirmation of cross-client testing (screenshots or Litmus/Email on Acid report preferred) Ideal candidate: Proven experience building HTML email signatures (not just general web/graphic design) Comfortable with table-based layouts and inline CSS Experience designing for information density (multi-location/multi-contact signatures) is a plus Please share 2-3 examples of email signatures or HTML emails you've built, ideally including any multi-location examples Revisions & Testing: Up to 2 rounds of revisions per template are included in this project, particularly expected for the 2-location and 3-location templates given the design density challenge "Tested" means sending an actual test email through Outlook (desktop), Gmail, and Apple Mail — not just a static screenshot or code review. Please send us the live test emails (or loop us in on a shared test account) so we can confirm rendering ourselves before final approval Please briefly comment the HTML (e.g., marking where each merge field goes, where the address block repeats) so our team can make minor future edits without needing to re-hire Project structure: We'd like to break this into milestones: First draft of all 4 templates (with merge fields in place) Revisions based on our feedback Final delivery with live cross-client test confirmation Note: We will provide the reference designs (Canva) and handle bulk personalization/generation across our client list ourselves. You're only responsible for the master template designs and clickable HTML build. Also, wondering if you can make the logos on the multiple office signatures white instead of black.
