HTML Landing Page Developer Needed

I own marsuno.com, hosted on GoDaddy. The current WordPress site displays a critical error. The SSL has already been renewed, but I'd prefer not to continue using WordPress. My goal is a fast, secure HTML landing page using a premium ThemeForest HTML template (I'll purchase the template). I need someone to install it, customize it with my branding/content, configure the contact form, optimize it for mobile and speed, and launch it on my domain. The website only needs: Home/Hero, About, Services, Portfolio/Projects, Embedded YouTube video, Contact form, Social links. No blog, ecommerce, or CMS. If you think it's necessary to briefly repair the existing WordPress installation to deploy the new site, that's fine, but the final website should not rely on WordPress.
